Gov. Phil Murphy is poised to sign a gun-control bill that he says will protect residents from the scourge of gun violence. The Senate has given final legislative approval to concealed-carry legislation, despite opposition from Republicans. The bill would strictly limit the concealed carry of guns in New Jersey.
