Supreme Court hears arguments on student loan forgiveness

A number of Republican-led states say Biden program exceeds bounds of executive authority

Did the Secretary of Education have the right to implement a student loan debt forgiveness program? That question was argued in front of the U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday, after a number of Republican-led states brought suit against the program.
